Mentor
Vinay Mittal
By profession Mr. Vinay Mittal is a Chartered Accountant. He is a serving SSTL as a Director and he is Board member of 5 associate companies of Sistema. He joined the Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited in July 2008 and held several important positions within the group, over the 15 years he is continuously serving the company.
He was inducted to the Board of STS Pvt Limited in 2017 and continuously have his focus on the improvement in social sector and create a favorable condition for the livelihood of deprived peoples. Mr. Mittal has been honored with several awardsduring his service tenure of SSTL.
Mr. Mittal is the mentor of our foundation as he always encourage and motivate to whole team of Sadbhavna for their contribution towards communities and serving the nation in different manners, he has a broad vision for communities like Social Awareness, Education awareness, Environmental awareness, Health & Sanitation, according to him if we will take a small step towards these communities it would help in the overall development of our country.

It is our belief that India will never achieve its true growth story until the underprivileged peoples of the country is empowered to make choices and transform their own lives. With this thought, we initiated development across, Community Utilization, Environmental Awareness, Livelihood, Education and Health & Food. Our aim is to create a model for development that can be replicated at scale across India.

While we are in initial phase of our journey, with our strong members/volunteers at the Sadbhavna Foundation, strive hard to find and execute solutions to the multiple challenges. We believe in a collective model and work with multiple partners which include NGOs, other foundations, the government, and corporates.
We at the Sadbhavna Foundation are committed and enthusiastic to go forward about the tasks we’ve determine to create communities that will have the ability to contribute substantially to India’s growth story.

We are looking to develop/ serve a society where restricted mobility and poor socio-economic conditions. We as an organization & Team strives to eliminate hunger by implementing to cater basic need of food and basic education and the right to education of socio-economically disadvantaged children. This will lead to “Every Child in School and Learning well”. We aim to improve India’s economic and social equality. This is carried out through the introduction of low-cost education models that are sustainable and reproducible.We also aims to support environment with plantation and say NO to plastic, This will be the future now – Go Green.
We as a Team are committed and there for every bit of our contribution. “Our vision is to “Giving Back” to create a better life every-day for many people.”

Focus Areas
- We are in the process of adoption a Govt. Primary School, Pinani situated in a small village of Rajasthan, we are in discussion with Education department of Rajasthan Govt. In which our planning is to availability of basic infrastructure and basic needs of students so that they can get a positive environment in School.
- We are also focusing on to initiate a campaign on environmental awareness in which our main objective will be “Plastic free environment”, “Plants Sapling” and “Save Water” as a gift of healthy environment to our future generation.
- We are committed to organized more “Blood Donation Camps” to preserve human lives and severe the society.
- We are planning to work on some social awareness activities like creation of toilets “under swatch bharatabhiyaan” on roadside areas whereas such facilities are not available and awareness on cleanliness in the government and private societies, parks and surrounding areas.
- We are planning to organize multiple Free Meal Distribution drives feed the deprived peoples.
